Dr. Robert Sarthou Garcia, MD

I’ve been going to Dr. Garcia on and off for the last 15 years. I’m not sure why to be honest. I think it’s because he prescribed what I thought I needed. However, I recently went off of 10 mg of Abilify and felt OK and he agreed with my decision, because I felt OK and didn’t warn me what could happen which was disastrous. I would be very careful with going to him. In addition, there are long waits, and you always have to talk to a nursing student and get little time talking to him. He doesn’t really seem to care to be honest. I wish I had invested more in myself and found a better psychiatrist. Good luck to you.

Everyone works here is incredibly nice, attentive and helpful. The office is cozy and clean. I will definitely go back!

The billing department told me what my costs would be before I even had any appointments so I could decide if I could afford it. When given said cost spreadsheet I had several meetings accordingly. I also paid for those visits at the time of each meeting. Then out of the blue a month or two later I got billed by them for almost $500 additional monies owed. They're frauds and horrible people. Also, their front desk staff, besides Kelsey, are beyond rude and abrasive. The doctor is a self serving bad doctor and person. The thing that they care about is trying to "take" money from a struggling person such as myself without any consideration or care for my well being. I must and will fight back. Do not go to this place ever!!!! They are bait and switch scam artists!

We like Dr. Garcia and his staff. They are caring, considerate, flexible and accommodating.

I was referred here by my primary doctor. The office staff were unfriendly and Dr. Garcia was as well. He was completely un-helpful and honestly he didn’t even seem interested in understanding any of my issues or concerns. Spent a lot of money and got zero help in return. The PA Jordan was very nice however, glad I was able to speak with her.
