Dr. Robert David Garland, DDS

I tried to make an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and was told I could not because it had been 5 years since my last cleaning. I had to schedule a consultation first. At my consultation I was told I had several cavities. Dr. Garland would not answer any of my questions. Since I did not have insurance at the time I was asking which cavities were more severe and needed to be worked on first. Dr. Garland rushed me out of the exam room and told me that the receptionist would answer my questions at the desk. Instead of answering my questions she kept trying to schedule my next appointment and kept pushing me to sign up for a dental credit card. I later visited another dentist for a second opinion. He checked my mouth and told me exactly where all my cavities were and which ones needed to be filled first. I also found out that Dr. Garland had marked that I had 2 cavities on teeth that were perfectly healthy. My new dentist showed me x-rays and answered all my questions. … He even recommended waiting to fill some of my cavities until after the first of the year when my FSA restarted. I feel like Dr. Garland is just out to make money and isn't interested in the dental health of his patients.

Dr. Garland and his staff are wonderful, very friendly, professional, and kind. I have seen many dentist and Dr. Garland is by far the very best!!!
