The staff and nurses were total professionals and answered questions and calmed any of my concerns. I knew I was in good hands and felt confident in this facilities ability to take care of me and perform my colonoscopy without any problems. I was right. My doctor introduced himself and let my know how things were going to be done. The team that assisted the doctor was amazing. After my procedure the same nurses checked on me and made sure I was OK. Dr. Glickenberger came in and went over the results and assured me everything went great. I would highly recommend this facility and Dr. Glickenberger. Thank you John Gordon

Each member explain what they were going to do before they start the task at hand. They all seem to listen to your questions and provide concise answers.
