Dr. Robert Stewart Gold

Dr Gold is humble, kind, and incredibly compassionate to every patient. He literally sits with you and fully explains what needs to be done as far as the individuals dental issues. My family feels lucky to have him as our family dentist.

For my entire life I dreaded going to the dentist. My experience with Dr. Gold has actually made me like/love going to the Dentist PERIOD!

I've been going to this practice for as long as Dr. Gold has been in Croton. The "new" office is clean and bright and I appreciate the view of nature and watching the birds rather than a stressful TV or boring wall while sitting in a dental chair. I adore the desk staff and of course Sandy does an excellent job cleaning. Dr. Gold always take the time to explain everything carefully. I know I'm in good hands. My family has only had positive experiences here.

Ah yes, visiting the dentist. My experience with dental practices has been hit (free bouncy balls at the end! *when I was small*) and miss (drilling into my tooth without enough anesthetic). But Dr. Golds practice takes the cake for biggest "miss", given the array of incompetence presented by the office staff.

I seriously disliked this dentist office! I couldn't get an appointment with my regular dentist and had to have just a cleaning by the end of the year for insurance purposes. It was the WORST cleaning I had ever recieved- my mouth hurt for 2 days afterwards!! Also, Dr. Gold told me that I needed 6 fillings, 6!!! I've only had 2 in my entire life, so I made an appoinment at my regular dentist,, and I actually only needed 2 fillings! Needless to say, I won't be going back there again- I did not have a good experience at all.

Dr. Gold and his staff are the best!
