Dr. Robert Carl Goldstein, MD

I saw Dr Goldstein at my PCP office which made it so easy for me. However I Would travel anywhere for him. I have been nervous and feeling unwell. I also worry about judgement all the time. I instantly felt safe and comfortable at my first appt. I love Dr. Goldstein so much that I almost wish I did have a reason to go more. I also loved every nurse and the nurse anesthetist Mel was so nice and funny. I can’t even explain I just felt safe. Everyone who is complaining about the wait, so you not realize that has not one thing to do with the Drs or staff competence? You are selfish to complain because you have no idea why it’s taking longer, there could have been an issue with another patient that needed the time more than you. Someone actually wrote they were annoyed bc they had other things to do today well the. Why on earth did you schedule things to do on the colonoscopy day ? I mean I went home and slept. Anyway, my main point is that I felt safe. I am a nurse so I know many Drs and… many are good and compassionate and Dr Goldstein Is top notch. He sat and talked to me too about my life and my favorite thing is that he did not make me feel dumb about my symptoms as if I have no idea what my own body does. I have been struggling and maybe it’s long Covid or something else entirely . So many Drs are like that and I get it to an extent but we are living in a time of unknowns esp with C19. Go see Dr Goldstein if you want to feel safe. And don’t expect you will never wait because it’s unrealistic. Most of you complaining of the wait would not last two mins on the floor . Also I never ever write reviews but I had too .

Dr. Goldstein is a skillful physician with excellent bedside manner--he puts the patient at ease and inspires confidence.

STAFF IS RUDE AND IGNORANT I WAS TURNED DOWN AN APPT. IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE AND COMPASSIONATE DR HES NOT THE ONE. I wish I could give 0 stars. I recently moved to the area from south jersey and was hospitalized for a serious GI issue and wanted to follow up with a nearby gi doctor. I called and they took my information and said they would “call back” if he wants to see you. I’ve never heard of not being able to make an appt until the receptionist ran it by the dr?? Then after a day I get a call back saying the dr won’t see anyone that doesn’t have a family doctor. I explained to the ignorant and rude receptionist NOELLE that I just moved here and that I can give you mine from back home. Then in a very hostile manner, she argues back with me saying “you said you didn’t have a family doctor”. Then she said oh well I’ll talk to the Dr and call you back. RIDICULOUS I’ve never had this type of experience with a doctors office.

first visit..filled out paperwork..staff very friendly..saw doc in 15 min.. took his time.answered all questions..easy to meet and greet..overall .great visit!!

I suffer from a complication GI disorder, And have a patient of Dr. Goldstein for many years. I have complete confidence in Dr. Goldstein, he is always up to date on new treatments, medications, nutrition and life style changes that can help treat my disorder. He spends time with me during both consults and procedures, explains all of my options and an answers my questions above my satisfaction. The staff is always kind and curtious and also go the extra mile during those unpleasan procedures to make me feel as comfortable as possible in that situation. I've recommended Dr. Goldstein to my friend and family when needed who have all been as satisfied as I am.

Dr. Goldstien is the only one I will ever trust to do a colonoscopy
