He listens and takes everything you say seriously. Very knowledgeable, explains decision making.

I've been trying for quite a while to get an appt with this Dr but can only ever get their answering system in the middle of the day, middle of the week.. I've left my name and phone number and requesting an appt and not even a simply courtesy call back. Do these people even work for a living. HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF!!!!!!!!! Dr. Gong, you;'re LOSING lots of potential patients due to your inept staff. Time for a change?????????

I have a chronic illness that I have been dealing with for all my adult life. My symptoms have increasingly worsened over the years. I was undiagnosed or misdiagnosed until moving here 5 years ago. Dr. Gong knew what to test for and how to treat my symptoms and improved my quality of life greatly. MY only regret is that i didn't find him 25 years ago.

I have seen Dr. Gong numerous times and every time I have found him to be knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Although my case was difficult to diagnose he stayed both connected and concerned throughout the time I needed care and helped me at very stage. I am better now and I could not have done it without Dr. Gong. I would recommend him to anyone as a fine family physician.
