Dr. Robert Grant, DO

Spoke to Dr Grant about my Sleep Apnea. He has prescribed a BiPap which is working very well, and he has been available for minor problems. Someone needed to care for me and he has been the one! Spoke to the ladies in the office and he called back right away!

this office cares more about money then they do patients

I came in for an appointment and i had some questions about my insurance that would be due and i just wanted to know about how they figured out the numbers. The lady in the front called up the office manager to speak with me as she informed me that the office manager was the one who checked my insurance for my appointment. The lady came up to me and introduced herself as mural or something like that. and made it clear to me that payment must be paid at time of service or the doctor and her wont be paid. which kind of put me off to even wanting to be seen. When did money become more important than patient care? i switched doctors after my first visit.

i am a current patient on Dr. Grants. he really is a lovely man. the ladies who now work at the front desk asked me to leave a review and let them know what they could do to help the office grow and improve as they only wanted to best for the patients experience. Nancy and Heather is what they said there names are. they were fabulous and more than helpful and accommodating. it was nice to see a new staff since my last visit in the beginning of 2019. After my visit in 2019 i was determined to never come back because the office manager is horrible and makes the experience at a drs office one not worth coming in for. If i have to see her then i wont come back in ever again. ill be calling ahead to make sure Nancy and Heather are working before keeping any scheduled appointments. For them alone my rating went from a 2 to a 4.

I came here as a new patient this year and the doctor is very to the point. he does lack bedside manner but does not sugar coat what is going on. When i was getting ready to leave there was a lady Mirium? checking me out. i did not like the fact that when she was checking me out that day that she kept cutting me off when i was trying to ask a question saying " let me finish" i was completely taken aback by this as i thought that was so inconsiderate. Due to that reason alone i may or may not be returning to his office.

The new front office ladies i love, they seem very personable and actually care what i have to say. on the downside the skinny older lady yells a lot towards the doctor which makes my appointments very unsettling.

the worst doctor . unprofessional conduct . prejudice .

If you care how you are treated. Then DON'T GO to this doc! He is very short, rude, uncaring! Would never recommend! This guy should consider doing something else, because I don't think he should be in patient care....Cold, rude and could care less.

Dr, Grant doesn't actually CARE. He doesn't talk to you OR try to get a feel for what your problems are that relate to how you are feeling OUTSIDE of his office. AND getting him to fill out necessary paperwork is like PULLING TEETH!
