Dr. Robert Francis Gray, MD

at a healthy, vibran age 50 I met with Dr Gray about removing a benign lipoma from my right neck, something that I was born with. Other surgeons that I had met with wanted an MRI to figure out where and what was going on. Dr Gray was confident that he could remove the lipoma without studies. I trusted him. I awoke from his surgery unable to move my mouth, my cheeks. even my eyes. I was diagnosed at Stanford, UCSF and with a private neurologist with bilateral multi branch facial nerve injuries and multiple facial muscle disconnection. Dr Gray butchered me and I have lived for 13 years in horrific pain as my facial muscles atrophy and spasm. This guy is a monster. do not let him touch your face.

I was a patient of Dr. Gray’s. I was hospitalized by Dr. Gray and left with permanent scars after a spa outpatient laser treatment. Physically Therapy and treatment of burns was needed.

After laser treatment by Robert F. Gray I was Hospitalized and then physical therapy and burn unit to treat burns. PERMANENT SCARS on my face, neck, chest and arms.

My first visit to Dr Grays office and everyone was so nice and really took their time to make me feel comfortable. I will be back!!

I have been to see Dr. Gray and his colleagues at least a dozen times over the past 10 years. Always the staff has been supportive and caring, and the offices are tasteful and attractive with snacks, coffee, tea, and waters always. From time to time there is a special event to introduce new products and and technologies. I have had some fillers that were done well, and some botox, dermasweep, and a laser treatment. Each one of my experiences has been superlative, with only 1 occasion (out of a number of them) when a botox injection went slightly awry. That was a risk on my part because of what I requested, and the result was remediable, with Dr. Gray's response caring and undefensive, The prices strike me as being on a par with going rates for these kinds of services in the community. Special bonuses reduce the $$ damage.

This was a terrible exerpience ... I have gotten many facials before , I have acne scars and some acne still.. I have super sensitive skin.. and have had extractions done before.. but this time here, my first time here.. her extractions were so aggrsssive and just terrible!!! I left like I paid $125 for her to butcher my face.. I left with veryyyy red marks all over my face!!! I already have scarring so I’m super sensitive and felt like she made my skin worse.. I did not look beautiful at all, I cried and called this place back, she told me it would go away, maybe scab ? So I paid you $125 for this? I really have had extractions done but done with 2 q-tips before NOT sharp tweezers... I’m still healing one day later, my skin doesn’t look good at all... and on another note.. she was drinking a Diet Pepsi while giving my facial.. super unprofessional .. over priced facials.. she didn’t ask what I use on my skin before starting my facial, or barely asked questions about what my history… has been with acne.. nothing really. I left feeling so ugly and felt like she disfigured my face. I will never go back here. Plus, they felt pushy on me buying there products .. I work 3 jobs, 6 days a week.. I work super hard and I’m not a rich person by any means.. I told the lady who gave me my facial I canNt buy any today, but may I see the products so I know for later.. and the front desk lady who rang me up with the lady who gave me my facial standing by her.. the front desk lady rang me up and said are we getting these today and the lady who gave me my facial said we don’t know yet... even tho I told her already I just want to see them.. and then the front desk lady said let me just ring them up for you and gave me a total price with the products and the facial price lol and I said to her I can not buy them today again! She seemed annoyed and took them off.. they were super unfriendly and not too nice.. I said thank you more than they did, and I’m the customer/patient ... terrible place.

Dr Gray showed up in my presurgery room in the wee hours of the morning wearing a tuxedo shirt and engraved cufflinks asking me to sign last minute statements that I could be blind or die from the simple procedure he was performing. I had no idea that he had just got out of court after being sued for that issue. Every cell in my body was repulsed by him but my sense of courtesy...yes courtesy ...made me try to see the best in him. I have regretted my silence ever since and it has destroyed my life. He chopped my face up with his inexperience, ineptitude and callousness. I rue the day I ever met him. He is a coward and a monster!
