Dr. Robert Kellogg Hafford, MD

Can't get a hold of his office. I have tried calling over and over and all I get is my call cannot be completed as dialed.

I canceled an appointment with Dr. Hafford and tried to make another appointment because my medication was running out. .but the staff and management and apparently Dr. Hafford refused to work me into the schedule even though they knew that I had to order my meds from Canada and that takes a month to receive them. They don't care: from Coleen the receptionist.....this is not health care..........if I live through the withdrawls they will get what they have coming to them.

My family has gone to him for many years. He always takes the time to listen to us. He then asks questions, examines us while making comments about what he is doing and what he is finding. After that he is very good at explaining what he has found and what should be done. We really appreciate his taking time with us, his explanations, and his common sense, yet very knowledgable, treatment.

It's sad to say that the lack of courtesy of his office staff has made me reconsider ever going back. SO RUDE.
