Procedure a half hour late. They double booked my doctor and only noticed because i pushed my call button to remind them. Dr. told me he would presrcibe pills for the pain during pre-op. Go to the pharmacy, nothing was called in. Attempted call the surgery center at which time she said she could prescribe me tramadol (which i have specifically declined in the past due to adverse effects) The nurse proceeds to tell me she can't do anything. Working at a hospital I'm fully aware of patient's rights and understand the importance of credible physicians and nurses as well as proper and over communication. Nobody should be in pain after surgery and it deeply saddens me to say nothing about today's visit was easy and unfortunately i would not be able to recommend this to a friend or person in need.
