Dr. Robert Henry Hale, MD

I think the title says it all. Unfortunately I have been to MD’s in many parts of the country and have experienced excellent care, average and poor...as well as one bonafide quack who caused me serious harm...But I have never been more frustrated, disappointed or felt like more of an idiot for even bothering with an appointment than with this MD whom I believe should have retired ages ago...Fortunately another MD who was more patient with his patients...helped me tremendously....

Called the office saying I had a hemorrhoid. Told them exactly why I thought I had a hemorrhoid. I show up to the office, pay $100, and after the doctor saw me, he says, "Yup, you have a hemorrhoid. Sorry I can't do anything more for you." and refers me to another specialist. When I called back to complain why they would even take my apt/money in the first place and they kept saying that I didn't say I had a hemorrhoid, and they wrote down rectal bleeding. Total hoax/dishonest.

Colonoscopy - not much to say other than they did their job well.

I have seen Dr. Hale several times over the past five years. He is kind, does not speak to me as though I am unintelligent, actually hears what I tell him regarding my symptoms and includes me in our game plan to deal with the existing problem.I'm a fan!
