Dr. Robert Alan Hardesty, MD

From the front desk to the O.R. suite, I was tended to. Dr. Hardesty and his team are the best. They treated me like part of the family. I had a breast augmentation done, and I am so pleased with the results. I feel so much more confident about myself. Needless to say my husband is thrilled! I remember being so nervous on day of surgery. Dr. Hardesty held my hand and prayed with me. It meant so much to me and put me at ease. I will be definitely be coming back for more :)

My primary doctor, whose the best I have ever had for the past 20 years( M. MIKHAIL) referred me to of Dr. Hardesty after I spoke with him in detail about my request for a thigh lift. Dr. Mikhail told me he doesn't know Dr. Herdesty personally but has heard through the physicians network that Dr. Hardesty 'a work and team is second to none! After meeting with several other doctors and surgeons from O.C to Beverly Hills, I decided instanty I was going to Dr. HERDESTY. HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT TREATED ME AS an Individual and not as a textbook or a procedure that he has done 1000s of times before. Once I started the pre surgery process I was reminded of how comfortable I felt with Dr. Hardesty and there was absolutely no doubt that I wanted him and his team to perform my surgery! Needless to say I had a personal setback after surgery and his care and compassion is that of an old school doctor and patient care. He and his team was and is miraculous in caring for me. They seen me… weekly and updated me immediately at ever turn I had. Dr. Hardesty and his staff helped me so much in each step of the process and I couldn't be any happier. I would leave 10 stars if I could! I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to enhance their body in any way! I will also add that they stayed on top of the hundreds of paperwork I needed faxed, mailed, emailed and scanned for the 2 jobs I had! Thank you a million times. You are Gods sent team of experts and set the staple for bedside manners and care. ????. I wish I could name all of you!

I first found Dr. Hardesty over a decade ago. I was in a car accident which resulted in the left side of my face being scarred and deformed, most noticeably in my left eye. When I sought help, I searched for surgeons based on their credentials, experience, and professional accomplishment. I can tell you that Dr. Hardesty excels in all of those criteria. To be honest, I never thought I could find a doctor of his caliber so close to home. Because of that I had many failed, painful procedures with renowned Drs at prestigious centers such as UCLA, Cedars Sinai and Beverly Hills. I want you to know that no other surgeon approached me with as much care and capability as Dr. Hardesty. When he first met with me, I was surprised by his kindness and the sheer certainty he exudes (also lack of ego- let's be honest, that's pretty rare for a surgeon). He knew exactly what to do, even though it was a new technique and medical implant that needed to be used to correct my eye. The result… was I have an almond shaped eye again. I felt so grateful to have that huge deformity gone that I didn't think I could ask for anything more, which is why it took me a decade before asking him to fix the rest of my face. The best I can describe is that it was misshapen, scarred, and drooping. I will be honest, I was scared. I hated the way I looked but I didn't think the deformity could be corrected significantly. But Dr. Hardesty simply told me, "I wouldn't do it if I couldn't make it better." Of course, he was right. I am 12 weeks post surgery and for the first time in 18 years I see a normal face in the mirror. I can't really describe the feelings of thanks, relief, and normality that Dr. Hardesty has given back to me. I hadn't worn a ponytail in all that time. Now I can. I don't hide my face anymore. I never wrote a review until now, because I honestly didn't think a doctor his level would be interested in taking insurance, or dealing with facial reconstructions like mine. I was so wrong. Not only does Dr. Hardesty donate his time regularly to Doctors Without Borders, he also has extensive experience and interest in reconstruction. Anyhow, regardless of what procedure you are looking for help with, I highly recommend you see Dr. Hardesty. Not only is he a genius and responsible surgeon, he is a wonderful person who you will be glad to meet. Also a big thanks to everyone on his staff! I have never been kept waiting for any appointment, and they are always kind and welcoming.

Dr. Hardesty and his team at the office and the outpatient center were wonderful to me!!! You see, I had an unusual diagnosis of a broken ziphoid bone. I did not know if this plastic surgery office would be able to do the job of removing my broken ziphoid or not??? Let’s just say that I was not your typical plastic surgery patient for sure. However, much to my delight, not only was Dr. Hardesty not afraid of the task at hand but he had fixed broken ziphoids on infants at Loma Linda University the years he worked there as a general surgeon/plastic surgeon earlier in his career. Well, that was my first hurdle was finding someone competent to do the job. Now for the second hurdle of my delicate anesthesiology needs. I explained to Dr. Hardesty that it took very little anesthesia to do the job for me. I told him that I was super sensitive to medication and was afraid of being over medicated followed by lots of nausea and vomiting post-op. Dr. Hardesty assured me that he only… works with a few anesthesiologists. He went on to say that he hand picks those professionals himself. He assured me that all of these men were able to customize my anesthesiology needs. Furthermore, he let me know that the one doing my case would call me at least the day before my surgery to discuss what was right for me. Well, I was heaven’s blessed to be assigned to Dr. Phillips. I was able to discuss my concerns with him over the phone and together we were able to work out a treatment plan that I knew would work for me. Dr. Phillips made me feel heard and respected. Needless to say, the anesthesia went flawlessly. I was not over medicated. I had no nausea to speak of and no vomiting post-op. I went home about 1-2 hours after the surgery feeling fine. Not only did the anesthesia went flawlessly but so did the surgery itself. I had no pain following the surgery that some good icing would not fix. I did not have to take a bunch of meds at all. I had no infection following the surgery and my scare is small and fading in color every day. At every turn with “ Imagine Plastics,” I was treated with respect and skill. The whole experience was completely a “ Divine Appointment” for me that I will never forget. I have thanked God repeatedly for the leading me to “ people who care about people” SZ

I must say he is a very wonderful and informing he took his time with me about an hour and half. I wanted a braadt lift and fat transfer to face. He said my skin was to thin for fat transfer and should consider sculptra. He recommended a tummy tuck and a donut lift. Still thinking about it.

Outstanding Doctor as well as entire staff! He was recommended to me and for good reason, He takes the time out to listen and the time to explain the process of my implant surgery.Always positive and pleasant and I will highly recommend him.As for my surgery...LOVE IT!

I went to 4 different consultations and I knew when I sat down with Dr Hardesty that he was my surgeon! He wasn't the cheapest but he also wasn't the most expensive either.... He was definitely the most thorough and genuinely cared about giving me the results I wanted and not just a "boob job"! He spent over an hour and a half with me on my initial consultation (which was free) answering all my questions being a thorough as he could possibly be, I did not get this attention from any of the other doctors that I had consultations with. Most of the other consultations I was in and out of the office in less than 15-20 minutes (I spent more time with their financial coordinators than I did with the actual doctor)! The before and after care, herbal remedies, and personal attention that were included in my procedure were amazing! Dr Hardesty even have me a personal cell number I could reach him at should I have had any complications (which due to the amazing staff, before and after care I… did not have any! Which was my biggest fears). I would definitely recommend and have recommended Dr Hardesty to any person I know who's thinking about getting plastic surgery. Dr Hardesty is known as one of the best plastic surgeons in Southern California and for good reason!

Had Voluma fill in cheek bones. Debra is EXCELLENT. I am extremely pleased with my INSTANT results. Highly recommend the treatment and the technician.
