Dr. Harrell and the staff there at his office are truly incredible. The whole experience of having a surgery was made so very easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I could tell that I was not just a number or a case, they truly cared about my health needs. I was treated with respect and consideration the entire process, from the initial consultation to the recovery room. Beyond impressed!

I had hernia repair surgery by Dr Harrell last week which went very well just as explained to me by him and his staff . This was my first surgery and if I require another I will definitely return to Dr. Harrell to perform.

I was admitted through the ER & Dr. Herrell was called in for a consult. I was so surprised that he was @ my bedside with in 30 minutes! He was very professional, CARING and was open to any questions & concerns. As we spoke, he was NOT trying to get out the door, but took time to answer my questions and provide reassurance as well. Whenever I had ANY contact with the office staff by phone, the ladies were EXTREMELY helpful, professional & willing to assist in any way possible. Once I arrived @ the office, that professional behavior continued. NO matter how good a physician is, if his staff is NOT as good or better, than he is, the practice can be negatively effective. In this case Dr. Herrell's staff compliments his professional ethics.

Dr. Harrell rocks! He puts you right at ease ... answers all questions... has a great bedside manner... does a wonderful follow up... I had an unscheduled gall bladder surgery late in the day and couldn't have asked for a better surgeon .. he was also interested in other health issues that were uncovered during the diagnostic process ... highly recommend him!!!

I was referred to Dr. Harrell, and I was very pleased. I found him to be very understanding. He took the time to explain my options, gave me the pos and cons. When I told him of my decision, he told me he thought I made the right one. I am now cancer free. THANK YOU!! He took the time to answer my questions and the one's my husband had. He has a great personality to go along side his great bedside manner. I would recommend him to someone who needed surgery for Breast Cancer. I also want to say his nurse is super.

Dr Harrell was very professional, courteous, and attentive. He put my mind at ease with his detailed explanation of the diagnosis, procedure and results. His prompt attention to my needs truly amazed me. His staff was equally caring and very knowledgeable, something I have not experienced and brought warmth and a sense of comfort. Dr.Harrell is very calm and easy to speak to. He made sure he answered all my questions. I was not rushed. His staff is very polite and calm. I immediately felt secure in knowing he was doing my procedure after meeting him the first time. The surgery went very well. Also he made sure on informing anesthesia Doctor of my concerns. I felt well taken care of. After speaking with Dr. Harrell you can immediately see that he is highly educated and cares.
