Dr. Robert Havlik, MD, FACS

Doctor Havlik is very nice doctor, BUT had 3 surgeries and each one of the surgeries have to be correct by another physician. It cost me not only financially but physically because I had to have three more surgeries that I shouldn't have too. He is not up to date on the newest facelift techniques either. .

Everyone in the office was very pleasant to deal with today.

My doctor continued to check with me and ensure my comfort throughout the procedure.

Dr. Havlik is a consummate professional. Smart, kind, funny, responsive. I have had confidence in him every step of the way and he delivered 100% regarding what to expect for the procedure and recovery. He knows what he's doing and ultimately took very good care of me. Highly recommend.

Dr. Havlik performed a Trapezectomy. After getting the cast, I developed Shingles under the cast. Dr. Havlik had a removable cast made so I could care for my Shingles outbreak. As the issue cleared up on my skin, I developed Postherpetic Neuralgia. Dr. Havlik made sure I was ok through all of this. I ended up in the hospital from the extreme neurological pain from the PHN. Dr. Havlik got off of work at 5pm on a Friday at his Moorland Reserve office in New Berlin and drove to the Main Froedtert hospital to check on me in person. That is incredible ‘bedside manner’. Days after leaving the hospital, I developed an infection in that thumb and wrist. He seen me the same day I sent him a MyChart message, diagnosed it, got a sample to send to the lab, and put me on an antibiotic right away. When the sample results came back, we found out that he put me on the perfect antibiotic for that type of infection. I couldn’t have gotten through all this nearly as well without Dr. Havlik’s Great care.

showed worry about my tumor- was relieved it wasnt cancer. Always talked with me without rushing. My surgery wasnt an easy one for either of us.

Very helpful with my questions. Never seemed in a hurry to get to next patient. Did a wonderful job with my surgery.

Dr. Havlik was a big part of my childhood. He made so many miracles happen for me as a kid I can only imagine how many other lives he blessed. Not only as a plastic surgeon but as a warm, caring, heartfelt man. He made me feel safe and comfortable before every surgery. I can't be more grateful to of had him as a doctor, so grateful I even made him a heart-shaped wood basket as a kid and gave it to him during a follow up appointment... I haven't seen him in years but think about him and remember him like it was yesterday. He is still a big part of my life to this day. He always will be.
