Dr Robert R. Haynes, MD

Dr. Haynes has been an incredible primary care doctor for me. He always take the time to listen to my concerns and explain test results or treatment options clearly. During my recent visit, he is patient and thorough, which really helped put my mind at ease. I appreciate how approachable and supportive he is are — it feels like he genuinely care about my health. The office team is also very kind and efficient, making every appointment a smooth experience. I feel lucky to have Dr. Haynes as my doctor.”

I have been seeing Dr Haynes for two years, He has been professional, attentive and helpful in managing my various issues.

I play soccer and I had a bad injury. I knew I tore my acl but i had to go get it check. Dr. Haynes provided horrible service. He told me just to ice and take Motrin and that I would be running in two weeks. The whole time he seemed annoyed that I was there. I’m 20 years old and I still have to bring my mom with me when I go to see him because he won’t listen to me. We asked for a mri and a orthopedic referral and he wouldn’t budge at first, he said it was unnecessary. I told him I felt a pop in my knee and he said it was just some CO2, which is crazy. I knew something was wrong and I had someone else check my knee. I ended up completely tearing my acl and my lateral meniscus. He was rude and his service was completely unacceptable.

Seems annoyed when I tell him my issues. When I experience a sickness or injury I don’t even want to go to him. I’m an adult but still require to bring my mom because he listens to her and not me.

Denied me of blood work for a condition I think I may have Dr didn’t mention to me lipids were overdue+ failed to refer me to the right Dr for my issues. Also misdiagnosed me and referred me to a doctor/dept for a condition he never mentioned nor did I ever mention. Dr told me that I could have all the symptoms and not have the condition I asked him to please explain what that means bc I didn’t understand what that meant bc I did have serval symptoms related to the issue. He assumed it was something else and dismissed any test, referral etc and ignored any of my reasonings sarcastically. He reacted in a Patronizing, rude +very unprofessional way. In the past I’ve brought my hubby to the appointments and he wasn’t rude then and pretty helpful in helping me get the care I needed. Since there was no one else there in the office during my visit this time I suspect he thought he could be rude and unprofessional w. No other witnesses around and get away with it. I was shocked… during our conversation and afterwards I couldn’t believe how I was being treated by someone who is supposed to have my best interest at hand and someone I expected to be mature and professional. I am very disappointed. Dr was more concerned about me coming into the office just to get a refill on my prescription (instead of refilling online for me) Or making sure I get the right care I needed. I honestly felt humiliated after my visit. I’m not writing this review to bash on the Dr. I am just sharing my personal experience because I believe people in the professional setting need to be held responsible for their actions. I just want Dr Haynes reprimanded for his actions so that he will learn from his mistakes and this kind of situation won’t happen again in the future. Bc everyone deserves to be respected and heard and be treated like a human being and get the proper care they need.

Dr. Haynes is respectful, attentive, takes time to answer questions and is great at explaining new treatments or medications. Happy he is my physician.

I've been a nurse for 35 years. I have NEVER seen such a rude, non-attentive, eye rolling MD in my whole career. He doesn't believe me even when specialist notes are right there.Very sarcastic. Always gets my meds wrong in the computer which caused 2 problems when I was hospitalized. I have NO idea how he gets any stars at all. I see all these positive remarks and know that is not my experience at a!!. Perhaps he likes certain types of patients and not others. Cannot wait to get a new MD from my insurance company !

He listens, attends to my concerns, and watches out for any anomalies in my blood tests. He's a good doctor, and I'm very glad I found him.

Dr.Haynes was my Internist for almost 10 years. I'm a nightmare due to all of my diagnoses. Other doctors turned me away because of the difficulty of managing me. Dr. Haynes never made me feel like the lemon that I am. He's the smartest doctor that I have worked with and I see a lot of specialists. Dr. has an incredible bed side manner and he is approachable, which is a rarity with doctors. Most do not encourage pro-active participation in health care. I am still devastated with the loss of my Internist. Dr. Robert Haynes is truly a hard doctor to replace. Still looking after 1 year.

Great Dr! Just sad he's no longer in WA state! I had a very complicated history which included substance abuse. I never felt judged or less important to him because of these issues. He listened to my concerns and always referred me to appropriate specialist when necessary.
