I was told he was moving his office to Wylie, TX and was unable to see me in Richardson. I switched to his partner who was awful! The Richardson office is now closed and I discover he is located in Plano, TX.

I have been seeing Dr. Haynesworth for many years. Not only is he an excellent doctor, but he truly has concerns for his patients. He makes living with constant pain livable.

This physician will apparently not give you an appointment unless you want a epidural injection upfront for your back, even though a referral has been sent from an Orthopedic doctor.
