Dr. Robert E. Heacox (referred to as Dr. Bob by patients and staff) has been practicing dentistry in the Puget Sound area for more than 40 years, including the past 20 years at his current location in Gig Harbor. Â Dr. Bob graduated from Stadium High School in 1961, and then earned a degree in Psychology from Washington State University in 1966. Â He then went on to pursue his dental education at the University of Washington School of Dentistry and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1970.
Dr. Bob has been an associate clinical professor at the University of Washington School of Dentistry for many years. Â He is dedicated to continuing his education in dentistry throughout his career and has spent thousands of hours attending postgraduate education courses all over the country to further his dental education and to remain up to date with all of the latest advancements in dentistry.
…Dr. Bob is an active member of the Gig Harbor Rotary Club and enjoys being involved in the community. Â He has spent countless hours throughout his dental career volunteering his time at the Smile Mobile and at the local dental assisting schools.
Dr. Bob and his wife raised their four daughters in Gig Harbor. Â Each daughter continues to live in the Puget Sound area. Â He and his wife are happy grandparents of four beautiful grandchildren and are excited for more to come.
