Dr. Robert Allen Heavin, MD

Dr. Robert Heavin is a family medicine physician who has dedicated nearly five decades to caring for patients in Indiana communities. He earned his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at OSF St Francis Medical Center. With 49 years of clinical experience, Dr. Heavin brings extensive knowledge to treating patients across all age groups. He provides care in English for his diverse patient population.

Dr. Heavin practices at Putnam County Hospital and sees patients at locations in Coatesville and Bainbridge, Indiana. His experience includes caring for patients with intellectual disabilities and cerebral palsy, conditions that require specialized attention and compassionate care.
