The office has always squeezed me in when needed. The Kenwood office is modern.

I saw this doctor 5 times. Each time the receptionist never once returned a smile nor did any of the nurses. The last time I was there I waited in the bathroom stall size exame room for over an hour and half! By the time the dr came in it was to let me know here is a list of ortho doctors to call. That was it! I went out to the main waiting room and the person who drove me was left in the total darkness and not one staff memeber was present and they let someone sit in the dark that long waiting for the me (the patient) to be seen. I certainly hope no NPI information was left out - had I done any of these things at my job I would be fired on the spot. I only stayed waiting that long because no one at the hospital could give me my MRI results within any amount of time to get my pain reviewed. What a sad sort for a staff and that says a lot about the dr who they choose to represent your office. It was unacceptable! Sad also because many people I know told me what a nice doctor he… was - I certainly do want someone like this attending to me a minute longer!
