Dr. Robert W Henderson

My wife, in her late 50's at the time, was a 2nd black belt and accidentally got thumped in the mouth during class. The impact broke the bone between her front upper teeth. With a lot of know-how, technology, wire, and compassion Dr Henderson and staff took great care of her, we couldn't ask for more. It took a few months, but her mouth is fine and they saved her teeth!

I'm new to the area and used a Dr. in my insurance area for dental cleaning etc. Yesterday (9-17-18). I had an emergency requiring that the tooth holding my upper partial had to be pulled; it had set up an infection and my face was swollen terribly and I was in terrible terrible pain. Got the appt. and while in his chair asked the doctor if he would be giving me something to get the swelling down and later pull the tooth. He said NO and would just be pulling the tooth today. He also stated the shots to remove the pain may not work b/c of the swelling and continued the process of pulling the tooth. I was given the shots (about 9+) and could still feel the pain when he tried pulling the tooth I told him to stop after breaking off the tooth and trying unsuccessfully several times to pull out the root. He walked out and said he was referring me to an oral surgeon (that was the last I saw of him with no other explanation or sorry it could not complete the job) . I sat there awhilewith not… knowing what was coming next. A dental assistant gave me a referral telling ME to call to set up an appt and it should be done either today or try for an appt. no later than the next day. I thought they would have called and just told me where to go since they botched up my mouth and I was still in pain. Got in my car and began calling to try to make an appt. with Dr. Robert W. Henderson the line stayed busy, I left a message. I thought to myself I could not stay in this pain after feeling this aggravation for 3 days. I mapped his location and just went over hoping I could get an appt. today and get this horrible ordeal over with today. The receptionist was busy on the phone with call after call and customer's waiting. I understood and hoping things would be on my side to get something today after seeing how busy they were in the office. With a smile she apologized for not acknowledging me immediately I began explaining my problem with another worker listening on; they said I would be able to see the Dr. today but it would be a while. I totally understood after seeing for myself how busy they already were. The wait seemed not as long as I imagined. When I met Dr. Robert he was very kind and professional and understanding saying you will be out of this pain in no time. Dr. Henderson was very comforting and sorry for my past ordeal. Well!!!!! he did just that...the nurses assisting very kind, professional and super polite! On of the problems after relocating from another state is trying to find new doctors who are good at what they do with a kind bedside manner. Dr. Robert W. Henderson is excellent with all the qualities you look for and I feel very confident going to him with any dental issue I will face in the future. The other dentist has been removed from my list.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Henderson and I was incredibly impressed with him and all of his staff. Hopefully I won’t have to undergo oral surgery again, but if I do I will be going back to him.

Worst doctor i ever went too. Had 19 teeth pulled. Used pain meds as prescribed. Went back cause I was having severe pain, Dr.Henderson treated me like a drug addict. I have to take nsaids in very small amounts due to urinary retintion. So pain meds is my main pain releive. If you get alot of teeth pulled don't go here. He gives one prescription only. Did I mention he left a piece of molar in my gums that still hasn't came out causeing it not to healing up. If he pulls it out can cause severe sinus issues. Had to pull out the pieces of bone that was hurting me myself cause Dr Henderson wanted me to wait 6 weeks. I'm in severe pain taking so many nsaids I haven't urinated since my mouth surgery. Not very Christian place to go unless you want to be treated like a addict.

Wife had 19 teeth extracted,she was given pain medication to last her the weekend. She went back 3 days later and was called a pill head because she took the prescription as prescribed every 4 hours or as needed. Dr.Henderson got onto her for taking what was prescribed. He gave her half a prescription when she went back cause she was still hurting. Dr Anderson said he wasn't floodeding the streets with pills. Wow my wife's never been treated that way.
