My brother was prescribed Methadone for the first time after seeing Dr.Henry. My brother had never taken this before and was prescribed this medication for pain management. Dr. Henry did not do a baseline blood test or monitor any toxixity level of methadone in blood tests. My brother died suddenly, in his sleep at home, after seeing Dr. Henry for less than a year. Autopsy results stated the cause of death was Toxicity of Methadone. This Dr. is responsible. He received medical training in the armed forces and is a doctor of osteopathy not a medical doctor. Always get a second opinion. No matter what insurance you may have. You can choose any doctor as your primary care physician. Robert Henry, D. O. will have answer to God for my brother's sudden death.
