Dr. Robert Ian Hepburn, DO

Hepburn found out I was in the emergency room being treated like a medical personnel should treat you with care. When Hepburn came in my room uninvited to tell me and show me he did his job. But he did not. When I tried to tell him how he treated me he stormed out. The nurses were surprised at his behavior and sorry she had told him I inquired about him and his treatment of me. He was rude and mean and arrogant like he’s a doctor and I’m nothing! I immediately put on my clothes and let them know I was leaving. How does a doctor harass a sick patient he’s not even taking care of. And when they took my vitals so I could be discharged my blood pressure was a little high. This person is not a nice or good person let alone Doctor! Something needs to be done about him he went to far. I am going to report him to every medical Administrator I can.

I went went to St. Luke’s Hospital to emergency to get care for excruciating pain in my face and he did nothing . I had a sinus infection bad sinus infection . My face hurts so bad that I cried for three days I called Dispatch Health again they came and gave me anabiotic’s & steroid medicine. Dr. Hepburn did not examine me he didn’t even look up my nose and in my ears.He sent me home with prescription for nose spray. When he came in he asked me why I wasn’t taking Percocet for pain. I was taking IBU mostly because Percocet makes me a little sleepy and I was still trying to work a few hours a day. I felt as if he thought I came in for more pain meds, but I was looking for antibiotics or something to make me better not just alleviate the pain. I felt discriminated against for whatever the reason I don’t know, but I am a Proud Black Women. I am 59 years old and have medical issues and have been taken care of at this hospital and here now writing this review. I saw him walk by and I just… had to let nurse no how he treated me. Looked up his name most other reviews poor too. Does he answer to anyone about his non doctorish behavior? I thought about this several times these past couple of weeks since he sent me home without proper expected care from a hospital.

Wonderful physician! Dedicated to his work and very knowledgeable. He’s saved countless lives.

Pompous, judgmental, arrogant "doctor" with a poor bedside manner, he failed to accurately diagnose the problem

this guy is better suited to be a vet than a doctor!
