Dr. Higginbotham is the absolute best. He is so sweet and gentle. He experience and expertise is unmatched. I wish he could be our doctor for everything! It is hard to find a doctor like him these days. If I could give him 100 stars I would. After going to 2 other doctors, Dr Higginbotham helped my husband by removing metal stuck in his eye. It took 5 minutes and no pain at all. We just loved his personality and kind manner. Thank you so much Dr. Higginbotham! We will be back to see you!!! You are wonderful!!!

He was steady, knowledgeable, and put me at ease within minutes. His approach was both efficient and genuinely kind, which made a stressful situation much easier. I had my first visit at Pacific Eye today. Dr. Higginbotham and Vanessa were professional and made me during my appointment. I will definitely recommend to friends looking for an Opthamologist.

as far as medical appointments go, this one was about as good as you can get. I was a first time patient and was treated with respect and kindness. Some of the paperwork was redundant but that is the worst I can say about the appointment. Doctor was very pleasant and informative. Very pleased to be connected to a solid A+ group.

Robert Higinbotham and his staff cordial and excellent it was done very well, and I was done in a total of 20 minutes.

From the minute I got to the office, I was treated warmly. The front desk ladies were friendly and efficient. The medical assistant, who was very knowledgeable got me all set up in the exam room ready for Dr. Higginbotham. When he came in the room, he shook my hand and introduced himself to me.very friendly and professional. He explained my need for cataract surgery and eased all my concerns.
