Dr. Robert Melvin Holley, MD

As far as Dr. Holley goes he has always treated me with respect and professionalism. Now the girls,mainly the lady at the front is very hateful. Unless of course you catch her on a good day,then she may be nice but that don't last long. I drove an hour one way for my appointment oh, I didn't have my insurance card because I had a sick kid and I was rushing. She told me I couldn't be seen unless I had an insurance card that they could copy, even though they had just copied the same one a month prior & the month before that. I said can I bring it up on my phone because I have my insurance up and she said no it has to be the actual insurance card, my insurance company was even willing to call them and speak to them on my behalf to verify I had insurance, but the lady at the front (maybe Sally was her name) said that it was policy there. I don't know what kind of policy that is, just because I show you an insurance card doesn't mean I have insurance. I I have also heard them talking about… patients outside of the rooms. I feel that this place could be better if there was different women and staff working that had some sort of people skills and wasn't so hateful.

he got his medical license from a library not by schooling he does NOT listen to what you say is bothering you but he TELLS YOU what is wrong!!!!!!!!!!!! I would NOT ever go back to him even if I was on my death bed He would say I wasnt

first of all, its almost impossible to get an apt. you usually are out of meds for a week by the time you get in. then you set in the waiting room for almost 2 hours. then an additional hour in the room. doc comes in speeds through his little exam(squeeze my fingers, touch your nose etc.) is writing the entire time he is with you. good at acting concerned with your issues but then never follows through on the actions to get you better. takes a good 5 months to get a test ordered. anyway after the whole 5 minutes he spends with you, you are then rushed back out to the waiting room where you spend another 30-45 minutes on your prescriptions, if you are lucky. if you are self pay, you pay that day but still get a bill sometimes for the entire amount but usually for an additional $5-$30, still dont know why. when it comes to actually getting your meds, you might as well give up. it can be due on the 15th but if one of the snots working there has a bad day they will date it to be a… week late, and dont ever ask them about it, you will get the nasty receptionist, sally that will tell you "i dont know what to tell you" and storm off or one of the others "it is what it is deal with it" and thats if they stop to listen to you rather than pretending to not hear you while walking by. and it doesnt matter what you do, taking your bottles in, getting a print out from the pharmacy, theres nothing you can do and they dont have a problem telling you that. your prescriptions are never right, still get different meds every month. if you absolutely could not get in to the see the dr, you can call (sometimes, depends on the mood of the employees) and pick your prescriptions up, be prepared to wait can take as long as a week. i once drove down there 4 days in a row, 45 min one way. the second day, while waiting, i watched one of the girls pass a prescription out the window to her boyfriend and tell him that his appt was in 20 min but she rescheduled it for him. i could go all day about the nastiness that takes place in this office. and its sad, i believe dr holley could have a good practice if only he had better hiring skills. the entire staff needs replaced, as it is always a pleasure to hear the girls talking badly about he patients while you are waiting in you room, as the walls are paper thin. if you go here, you need to be patient, willing to overlook rudeness, tolerent of being talked down to, good at bowing down to ppl, def. shouldnt be on any meds that you need to stay alive, able to spend an entire day waiting for a 5 min consult with your dr and the list goes on and on.

In my opinion, Dr. Holley is a true doctor in every sence of the word.He always take the time to listen to my concerns and worries.After years of goint to another doctor in the area, Dr. Holley found the problem and i am now living a fuller & richer life because of his expertise.The "other" doctor just blew me off and told me i had pulled muscles", etc. I know my body and i KNEW there was something wrong... i'm now recoverying wonderfully.THANK YOU DR. HOLLEY!!
