Dr. Robert John Horn, DO

Dr. Horn had results to my tests and broke HIPPA regulations by telling my results to my friend who took me to the ER at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne PA. I was absolutely competent and anxiously awaiting my results and he did not even come into my room to give me the results. We asked the nurse technician 3 times to have Dr. Horn come into the room to explain the results and he ignored my request and eagerly left his shift at 330pm. His nurse staff who wanted to draw my blood was not even wearing her PPEs. She had horrible bedside manners and was very nasty which is notable. Whoever goes to the ER has anxiety and doesn’t feel well and her behavior along with his was beyond horrendous. If you care for your loved one do not go to this hospital for these reasons. Their compassion and communication is Zero. I am considering taking this to another level being that HIPPA and PHI regulations were broken.
