I was looking for a new general practitioner/doctor. My old doctor was part of a group and I never actually saw a doctor, only nurse practitioners and never the same one twice. I was referred to Dr. Horodnic by a family member. My old doctor required almost a week advance notice for an appointment, even when sick. I called on a Wednesday and had an appointment on Thursday (could've had one Wed. afternoon but I couldn't make it).When you enter the office, you are greeted by the new patient's first names on a board welcoming you. After filling out the usual paperwork, I only had to wait ten minutes in the waiting room then was taken back to my room. I only had to wait an additional five minutes before Dr. Horodnic came in. He was extremely friendly and chatted with me during my exam, which was quite thorough. I believe he spent at least 20-25 minutes with me going over everything health-wise. Each subsequent time I've been to the office for follow-ups, I've been treated with the… same courtesy and care. As well, when I called the office with a question, the doctor called me back within the hour and spent a good deal of time on the phone with me as well.Overall, great experiences, considering they're doctors appointments. I would refer anyone to them.

Went into a waiting room without another patient in sight. Sat in exam room for 20 minutes before passing out. Slept for 30 minutes and still no visit from the doctor. I walked out and found a new doctor.
