What Sets Us Apart?
Dentistry has always been a large part of my life as my father was a Navy dentist and then in private practice for over 60 years. I have been very fortunate that I was not only exposed to dentistry but was priveledged to be able to observe and work with a very talented and accomplished dentist. I am one of the fortunate few who truly love what I do for a living, so much so that when I do volunteer work it is always doing dentistry. The best part about dentistry is not the technical side of the profession; it is the tremendous diversity of the patients themselves.

Continuing Education
I am involved in both the Virginia Beach Dental Study Club and the Seaboard Dental Study Club which keep me up to date on the latest in dental technology and advancements.

In the Community
My biggest efforts are the hundreds of hours of dental care that I have provided through the Red Cross over the past 15 years. I have been on a mission to Haiti through Rotary International and three missions around the world for Operation Smile.
Outside the Office
I am a native of Norfolk and live here with my wife, Melinda, and our two children, Stephen and William. In my free time I enjoy big boat sailing and racing, scuba diving, camping, skiing, and snowboarding.
