Dr. Robert Alan Hozman, MD

Dr. Hozman is fine, and the stars are for him.The office, however, deserves no stars. They make an enormous amount of mistakes. I can't get my prescriptions because of them. They were not sent to the pharmacy after my last visit. After that, they were sent to the wrong pharmacy. Then instead of moving them, they canceled the prescriptions. They could not get the supply amount right also. I may have to reluctantly change doctors because some of his workers do not know how to complete a task successfully. I am so stressed. The more I tried to get the problem corrected, it became worse and worse. I'm actually going to see another doctor so I can get my prescriptions and a pre-surgery work up. I really like Dr. Hozman, but he has some very confused and incompetent workers. I'm stressed out of my mind from this.

He's a great guy who's taken care of my arthritis for years!

Dr. Hozman is a dedicated physician who cares about all his patients. He is very caring person and has always made me feel at ease when going to see him. His staff is has always been helpful when I needed them. He always makes sure if he needs to refer me to another Dr., it is someone that he trusts and would send his family to.

Dr. Hozman is a caring, kind, and very very smart Physician. He and his students and staff exercise the highest standards of patient care. He spends much time with me, takes a complete history, is a great listener and asks all the right questions. He offers opinions and gives suggestions that are very valuable. He is also a great record keeper, and follows upon things discussed in a courteous and professional manner. I recommend him and tell my friends, family and acquaintances that they would be most happy with his professional services

Dr Hozman helped me get my hands functioning again from Arthritis.

I have been to the ER over four times this month. My primary doc did some blood tests and came back positive for ANA. I had my first appointment with DR. hozman and he ordered a variety of blood tests as wells as XRAYS. I have felt like every doctor I have seen was not taking me serious and did not get that feeling whatsoever with DR. Hozman.

This doctor does not diagnose anything correctly. He keeps on making new appointments to solve the problems later down the road. He only spends about 5 mins with a patient and doesn't answer any questions at all. Very disorganized and not helpful.

We had to report this office to BCBS and Medicare. The Dr denies our conversations from previous visits even though we plead with him to put it in our charts. We have gone without our medications many times even though we have upcoming appointments. The Dr claims to have never received our requests or the pharmacies requests over a dozen times. The office staff has put us on hold twice so far for over 30 minutes and then disconnected our calls. They’ve told us they will take care of our refills by the end of the day and have had to wait over 2 weeks for our medications after several more phone calls to the office. We have to repeat ourselves to the office staff numerous times. After the last call we made to the office, my husband thought he was having a heart attack. It is way too stressful calling this office. They are way too busy to help anyone! The 6 people we referred to Dr Hozman have left him and found new doctors. We will follow suit.

So unfriendly, you do not want to have to deal with him. Very rude and even shamed my problems. A doctor is supposed to help not hurt, so what a joke.

Poor reviews are very true. Very unfortunate. We liked him at first. Does not spend time with patients. Very unreasonable & disorganized. Does not give clinical exam of patient. Schedules patients every two weeks instead of resolving anything. Waste of time. Does not know how to read patients. Medicine is about solving a problem after reading a patient. He does NEITHER.
