Dr. Robert Francis Hubbard, MD

Doctor Hubbard needs to improve his bedside manner. He entered the exam room demanding I take off my mask. I wasn’t sure if I had a cold, flu or Covid. At some point I knew I would take off my mask to get checked. But his entry made me uncomfortable! I watched his face as the visit continued hoping he would lighten up. Visit ended with no medication prescribed even though I was sick. It’s been a week later during a holiday weekend & I have had the most awful respiratory symptoms I’ve ever had to go through!

He takes time with his patients and you don't feel like your being rush out the door. He and all his staff are easy to talk to and always friendly and helpful. I have recommended him to my friends as he was recommended to me by a friend.

Not the best method of attracting new patients with Please hold right out of the box followed by how you going to pay for this. Doesn't really instill that feel of professionalism and concern for my medical well being, followed by the DR's booked for the next 3 weeks.

I change doctors after two visits. I noticed that AFTER I changed doctors, someone, maybe his incompetent office staff, added a $256 charge for a one minute procedure which put me through excruciating pain, to remove a tiny piece of wax. I've never been more happy to find a new doctor.

I have lived in many places and have had many different doctors. I am your worst critic because I am old and have a healthcare background. I feel Dr. R. Hubbard, other than being extremely bright and compassionate, understands his roll as a family physician better than most "family physicians". Dr. Hubbard cared for our family soon after opening his doors in Naperville. He has been our doctor again after our return six years ago. He is just outstanding and we are grateful for his care and his skills.

I met Dr Hubbard over 20 yrs ago in the Edward Hosp ER. He became my PCP and my husbands. He saved both our lives. I recommend him and have, my mother sees him also. He is the Best. Thank you
