After receiving his medical degree from the Eastern Virginia Medical School he completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Houston Methodist Hospital.

Dr. Jack is without a doubt the most personable doctor I've ever encountered. I knew within a couple of minutes on my first visit that he was the man for my horribly arthritic shoulder(s). I never had any doubt that I was in good hands working with Dr. Jack and his staff. I had a reverse implant done on my right shoulder, and couldn't be happier with the results. My physical therapist made several comments during our sessions about how stable and sturdy things felt. As a veteran of several joint replacements other than shoulder, I feel very confident in giving Dr. Jack my highest recommendation. I'll be back to get the left one fixed soon.
