He’s nice but constantly sleepy during appointments and the fact he prescribed me an antipsychotic for being depressed makes me question about his actual knowledge of drugs he prescribes. I was not on oral supplements of risperidone which is an antipsychotic and I was given a really high dosage injection at 120mg that threw me in the ER twice and caused all sorts of mental issues for me that persist 3 months after injection, I’m still going to the ER for issues and I’m extremely healthy and haven’t had to go so many times in 3 month time period in my life.

I've know Dr.Jimenez for a long time.He has helped War veterans with their Ptsd problems.He understands what it is because he too is a war vet.The reason some people give him bad reviews is because they do not know him.He has helped me and my family.He is one of the few doctors that will fight for ur rights and get the treatment u deserve and require in order to live a good life.You need to be patient. It took God six days to create the world....

my son is a patient at the Nix Hospital on Babcock, and he just pops in and out whenever he wants to, does not really bother to see the patients, and the Nix is a horrible place with only on or two therapy groups. For an intensive inpatient program that is a joke. Can never get an appointment by phone, staff is rude.

Just another physician caught up in the money rather than the actual care and well being of patients. apparently has a policy where he will not see a patient who has not been back in 6 to 8 months, even if it was an issue with insurance. Wait time is absolutely ridiculous, and appointment lasts a few minutes with no significant ground covered. Left multiple messages to try and make an appointment only to be told two weeks later that I couldn't. Complete waste of time, when I really needed an appointment. Not happy with my experience whatsoever, was not made to feel comfortable, and I do not recommend this physician.

Unfortunately, Dr. Jimenez is one of the only psychiatrists that take all insurances. Be fore-warned, you must physically go to the office to have a better chance of getting what you need, e.g., an appointment, cancelling/rescheduling an appointment. The young lady at the desk is burnt out to a crisp and unhelpful, unkind, and uncaring. If you call to cancel an appointment ahead of time, they will still charge you the 35.00 cancellation fee. Note: The only way to cancel/reschedule an appointment via phone is to leave a message. When you arrive, they will tell you that you never left a message. If you protest, they will tell you to pay up or find another doctor. They only take cash or checks - hmmmm wreaks of not declaring all income to the IRS.

Dr. Jimenez's practice is a joke. There is no bedside manner, no concern for patients' time, no treatment of patients like human beings. All are disrespected by Jimenez's rude overweight and bitter daughter who controls the front office and patient medical records like a pit bull. These people, even his wife who also works for the practice, are so rude and disrespectful. They are the censor police, and treat patients like Big Brother, monitoring their actions and comments for anything negative or combative so they can remove them from the waiting room before they start Group Think and turn all the patients who are treated like subhumans against them, they are so fearful of a patient riot because they know they are abusing Medicaid and committing outright fraud at this practice. This family should be shut out of business.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND PERSONALLY ATTACK YOU AS A PATIENT IF YOU DO ANYTHING THEY THINK IS WRONG, ITS LIKE WALKING ON EGG SHELLS. I HAD AN APPT ONE DAY, WENT IN AND SAT FOR AN HOUR, GOT A CALL FROM A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND I ALERTED THE STAFF THAT I HAD TO LEAVE. WHEN I CAME BACK A FEW WEEKS LATER, THE VERY VERY RUDE FEMALE AT THE FRONT DESK PULLED ME ASIDE AND SAID THEY TERMINATED MY RECORD AS A PATIENT BECAUSE I LEFT THAT DAY, THIS PLEASE IS A JOKE AND I HOPE THEY GET LOOKED INTO. SCAMMING THE GOVERNMENT FOR PEOPLE ON MEDICADE, AND OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES. DO NOT GO HERE, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE, BELIEVE ME..YOU WILL LEAVE FEELING WORSE THAN WHEN… YOU CAME IN!!!!

Dr. Jimenez has seen me in the hospital and in his clinic. He has been accurate in his diagnosis and recommendations for how to live my life with the challenges I've see him for. He takes time with me giving me and my wife great advice for how we can overcome my health issues. The wait time has improved greatly.

This Dr has a monopoly going as there are no other psychiatrists willing to take Medicaid and they know it! They threaten and bully patients on a regular basis! Phone system is designed to hang up on you making it next to impossible to get through and talk to a live person. They do not return phone calls! You will be terminated as a patient if you complain or disagree with the office staff.. Average wait to see doctor is several hours and you better not say anything or ask how much longer or you will be kicked out!! This is no joke!
