Dr. Robert Graham Johnson, MD

When I learned I needed open heart surgery, my fear level was off the chart. Not being from this area, all I had to go by was word of mouth, or reference from Dr.s I was not at all familiar with. When a neighbor said Dr. Johnson had done her surgery, and how Wonderful he was, I started feeling a 'little' better about the situation. Then I went for my consultation with him. When he came in the room & introduced himself, I had an amazing feeling of comfort come over me. He showed a video of my heart cath, & using a model of a heat explained everything he would be doing. It was obvious he was knowledgeable concerning this procedure, and intent on doing his ultimate best to get me back to 'life' again. I went and had the surgery. When I awoke, the staff was extremely attentive to my needs. Dr. Johnson was also there saying to me I came out of the anesthesia and woke from surgery superbly. Giving me a feeling of, "Yes!, I Made it!, & I Will be Fine!". I saw him at least twice a… day!, along with his other staff members who attended the surgery. I was amazed that he was spending so much time there in the ICU unit, seeing to & tending to his patients. He genuinely cared about my personal well being, & how I was feeling and doing everyday that I was in the hospital. If it were not for him, & the comfort I felt after meeting him to begin with, I honestly do not think I would have gone through with the surgery. He saved my life!, for which I extend the Greatest amount of Gratitude I have ever given a Dr!
