THIS DOCTOR HAS GIVEN MY MOTHER HIS HOME AND CELL PHONE NUMBER AND HAS SHOWN UP ON ZERO NOTICE DURING HER TIME OF DIFFICULTY TO BE THERE WITH HER AND EXPLAIN THINGS SHE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND. HE IS A SAINT AND ONE GUY HAD A PROBLEM AND MADE A BAD NAME FOR HIM. HE PROBABLY DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS DOING. EVERYONE NEEDS A DR JOYCE HE IS PRECIOUS AND HE DOES CARE! MORE THAN MOST I HAVE MET AND I AM AN RN!

Heard good comments about Dr.Joyce from former patient of many years ago. Today Dr. Joyce has twice failed to follow up on ordering the chemo drug on time. His response to being told of severe rash side effect from taking Temodar was the drug did not cause the rash when in fact it is plainly listed as a side effect in the literature that comes with the pills. When told of mouth blisters from the Avastin treatments said that was result of the radiation treatment when in fact the orientation from his own staff advised of the mouth blister side effect. Said he was going to double the Temodar dosage to 200mg and we had to tell him the dose was already 140mg and seemed unaware of that. When told of my wife being unable to stay awake for more than a hour and asked if there was any pallative remedy (there is) said "chronic fatigue is just part of the deal".The infusion room is understaffed which causes delays in treatment appointments.That infusion staff is
