Dr. Robert Duva Jumper, MD

This is a fantastic Dr that listens and spends time with you. I highly recommend him and his office staff is great too !

I can not in good conscience ever recommend Dr Jumper. Several years ago, he performed a cardiac angioplasty on my father. Prior to that procedure, my father had reviewed with dr jumper as well as the medical facility that he had a SEVERE deadly allergy to a medication that was typically used in this procedure. He was assured by dr jumper that it wouldn't be a problem and the medication would not be used. Unfortunately dr jumper did administer a dose of that medication during the procedure. He was alerted immediately after that there was an allergy. Dr jumper chose to ignore this information and sent my father up to cardiac step down to "recover" from this common procedure. He never notified the nurse taking over his care that this medication was used nor did he provide anyone transporting him with this information. Shortly after arriving in stepdown my father began spewing up blood. The medication was acting like rat poison and causing him to bleed out. He spent almost a week in icu… with his lungs and body filled with blood. On a ventilator being painfully suctioned ever few hours so he could get critical oxygen. My dad suffered tremendously and nearly died because of this mans negligence and then attempted cover up. my father was never the same after this incident. Oh and you won't find this incident on his record because the hospital covered for him. Sad and unfortunate.

Dr. Jumper, for me is a life saver. He saved my fathers life when he was undergoing a massive heart attack from 100% blockage of his main artery. He then a few months later treated my brother for an infection of the heart after doctors at our local hospital failed to treat him correctly. My aunt then saw Dr. Jumper for a check up after switching to him for her cardiology needs and he found a very serious blockage at a strange area of the heart that her previous cardiologist of many years had not detected. He put stents in and she feels wonderful. Dr. Jumper, I cannot thank you enough for all the wonderful treatment you have given my family.
