Dr. Robert Scott Kagan, MD

Dr. Robert S Kagan ruined my wife's life. He did a trans flap reconstruction on my wife back in 2011, for breast cancer. She got necrosis and here in 2026 she sufferes severely because of his incompetence. I hate this guy and would warn any patient to get a second opinion before you let this doctor operate on you. He's the worst plastic surgeon in the United States. Trust me!!!

My experience with Dr Kagan was Awesome he listen to you and gives you exactly want you want. I’m one week post surgery doing very well after surgery I walked every hour til midnight it was like no pain or discomfort I’m a 57 year old African American that has high blood pressure high cholesterol Dr Kagan order pre surgery clearance Chest X-ray EKG and numerous blood test he wanted to make sure I was medically ok for procedure His anesthesiologists was perfect she was 100% very professional Thanks Dr Kagan and Staff

I saw Dr. Kagan for semi-cosmetic/semi discomfort purposes. I broke my hand in a car accident around 7 years before seeing Dr. Kagan. It left me with a rather large scar on my left hand. I was experiencing a pulling and tightness in hand and arm whenever I typed or even while weight lifting at the gym. Dr. Kagan was able to help release the tightness and make my scar less noticeable in 1 surgery. His follow up and after care was wonderful. I will absolutely go back to him for any other procedures that come up!

He was personable, fun and extremely attentive. I didn’t have to ask for what I need, he knew what I needed by looking at me and he made me so comfortable and assure me of my result and safety. I love him, amazing doctor.

It sounds like this guy is all over the place and a crap shoot. I wish I would’ve researched him more before getting lipo. I’m not much better than I was pre-lipo and I’m definitely uneven. You’re taking a risk by going to him.

My wife had a face procedure in August 2017. Our initial appointment was with Susan, office manager? She was quit knowledgeable and helpful when we explained exactly what we wanted. Saw the Doctor and was impressed by his (bedside manner). Because my wife has a medical condition that includes taking a blood thinner we were concerned about any surgery, the dr. took extra precaution to account for this condition. Although recovery (bruising and scarring) is taking longer than normal we were prepared and forewarned. In conclusion we are very happy with the result, Dr. and staff is 5 stars in our book!!

I feel so much more free after my breast reduction. Running, working out, and fitting into clothes now has made my life so amazing. My back feels so much better!! Thanks Dr Kagan!!

This guy ruined my mothers body and life. He did a Trans-Flap procedure to remove breast cancer. She has no feeling in her torso because of nerve damage during surgery. He left mesh in her body and it started poking through the wound and she required three subsequent surgeries to remove all of the mesh. I don't know how he managed to do this but under her arm there is a piece of muscle like a tennis ball that wasn't there before. Not only did he do a number on her physically, he was almost impossible to get ahold of post-procedure, and showed no concern for her condition after the surgery. It really has been awful.
