Dr. Robert Lloyd Kagan, MD

Dr. Bob Kagan has changed the life of my 17 year-old son. My son has brain and spinal tumors, he has to have MRI's of the brain and spine 3-4 times a year. Prior to coming here he spent 7-8 hours under sedation, causing nausea and anxiety. The Scan and Imaging Center is a very clean and modern office, producing the highest quality images in a very short time. Our image time has been cut down to under 2 hours and therefore can be done without anesthesia. Coming to The Scan and Imaging Center in Fort Lauderdale, has made my son's life so much easier. All the care and attention to details, without the hospital environment. Our son's scans are sent to NIH and to Mass General and the doctors there are impressed with the quality of these scans. We are so thankful for Dr. Kagan and his entire staff!

Dr. Kagan was very gentle and caring. It turns out I am claustrophobic. I had several panic attacks while having the MRI and had to stop several times. He took the time everytime to take me out, calm me down and gave me the option several times to reschedule with sedation. He was very patient with me and understanding. I feel any other Dr. would have just had enough and made me reschedule. Instead he talked me through it and was very comforting. I really reccomend Dr. Kagan to anyone who likes genuinely kind and caring doctors.
