Check Google Reviews first! Had for years. Not bad if you can get in, but expect random unexpected charges they cannot explain and patient data being on staff cell phones. Witnessed personally today at 1:45pm~ three staff around the checkout station with one female taking pictures on her cell of a Patient's personal information. Either a billing or discharge statement with their private info. For billing, they go through a 3rd party billing that shows you have a balance but not the dates or what for. So they charge you and can't tell you what they charged. What kind of reputable office can't tell you when/how they bill you? Not just doctors but any business in general!! When you try to make sure you aren't getting charged an insane amount for today's visit, Dr. Karas himself told me to find a new pcp on the morning after going to er for a severe heart palpitations and elevated blood pressure. Whole reason I came to see my pcp. Happy to find a new pcp. Gonna go back to Mercy with… their MyMercy app where we're not waiting a week+ for them to send a fax to the specialist. #KarasDoesntCare #KarastheCrooks

I went to the office in Fayetteville and saw a mr Hoover. I think he might be a P A. but not even sure of that. I went to see him for hurting my leg and a lump I found in abdomen. He acted like he was scared to even touch my leg but ordered an ultrasound. I couldn't get the results of the ultrasound because he went on vacation and left no one assigned to give me results. About lump In abdomen he never felt of it and just said well when people stretch "things just poke out". What!? He doesn't know what he's talking about and I will never see him again and wouldn't even take my pet to him. Another Dr in different office said I have a hernia and torn muscle in my leg. Goodbye mr Hoover

I truly believe in the fact in it for the patient and that is the moto and standard at Dr Kara's office I have had nothing but the best treatment and advice and respect and privacy I would recommend him to everyone..

I would recommend this clinic to family and friends. I just walked in and I had minimal wait and took care of me immediately. Gave me a coupon for my medication so I didn’t pay full price. Staff super friendly and truly shows they care for everyone who walks through the door.

Very poorly ran. My child was seen for an injured ankle, it was determined not to be broken, but possibly a torn ligament. The wrap they put in was so poorly done it unraveled before we made it home. We were also told to use crutches, but they could only provide crutches for someone 5'10 or above. The staff was pleasant, just quite inept. Will not return.
