Can't give them a 5 star at this point from day one they made multiple mistakes on medicine and during our ivf protocol and knew the whole time I had pcos and never told us until after the 3rd ivf which is very upsetting and dishonest . Was moving foward with our 4th ivf cycle due to being told it was discounted to find out that is just scam and lie from cny you still pay full price was told this 2 days before my egg revival which is a 8 hour drivebad part is that dr.kiltz told us and I still have the text message now this is what we are going through. Years of trying and money wasted so far no successful pregnancy. I requested a day 5 embryo transfer multiple times and they insisted on a day 3 embryo transfer. Starting to get very frustrated and feeling like a number . I'm 32 years old and the doctor mentioned surrogacy in one breath and in another it is possible for us to have a baby we only suffer from male factor and pcos and endo recurrent pregnancy loss with no underlying gentic… factor. Very upsetting to lose hope in clinic that came highly recommended.

I've never had a doctor who has wanted success for everyone that came through his door. He will do everything and anything for his patients...he will call you at home to answer your questions and concerns or to check on you. Excellent bed side manner and overall knowledgable and friendly.

Everybody at CNY Fertility are polite and very considerate. Never a hassle making an appointment.

Overall, the facility is beautiful. It is warm, relaxing, inviting. Calming. I love that they offer other services such as massage, yoga, acupuncture and essential oils. The nurses all seem very knowledgeable and most of them are friendly and understanding. The Dr. Was able to give us a diagnosis quickly after testing. Appointments are easy to get and prices are affordable. With that said, I would suggest if you are new to infertility treatments, and if you need to be walked through things step by step, this may not be the best choice and you may find them impersonal. Most visits you will see the nurses, not a doctor. The doctors DO do the procedures and diagnosis. The office is very busy. Fast paced. There isn't a lot of time for "hand holding". If you can get past that then they are great. They prefer correspondence to be done online through the patient portal, and at times I've had difficulty getting responses by phone. Anyway, they know their stuff. We are… currently pregnant from IVF #1!

Ladies, please explain why is so cheap. I need donor egg, in NYC the procidure is 3-5 times higher. Why is so much cheaper in cnyfertility? Do they match the service of the other clinics. I'm so happy I found them, but I don't want to get poor experience.. Please help!

My very first visit I left dr.klitz office knowing exactly y I wasn't getting pregnant after 4 yrs of trying. I also knew all of my options. In less than 2 wks from now our embryos ll b transfer into me. I can't wait. Thanks dr.klitz. Ur truly the best.

CNY fertility is professional treatment at affordable prices Dr kilts is the best in the business and he does it affordable I'm 50 and have an 8 month old child through dr. Kilts in an egg donor program my experience with CNY was very professional if you look around the prices anywhere else are blown way out of proportion in the success rates are in his good

We went to Dr Kiltz when he first opened in Community Hospital and handling it alone (loved he being the only Dr. handling everything and 1 super nice nurse but there was no way to do it well w/o expanding and hiring more to take some of it on...) and very personal and also followed him into his new bldg on Intrepid in Syr. We did not end up with a baby. Not "his" fault, (and people need to remember that no one is God) but we found answers and closure and ended up adopting thru China (would adopt all over again the first time now) but he did a full workup and "FAST" compared to the local Gyn Drs in the area. I think it was all done in a month with a plan immediately... Kiltz's office knew how to bill/code things correctly so a lot of my care started getting cover finally so less money problems, stress for me fighting insurance co like my reg OB/Gyn. It is all in coding it right! I did get pregnant a few times while being treated there with IUI and never before on our own. It got a lot… busier when he expanded into the new bldg but also brought new services... Before Dr. Kiltz, there were no infertility specialists anywhere in Syracuse area and we were so thankful for him to chose this "snowy, cold weather" city to start one coming from "California". Office staff were always helpful and knowledgable. It was definitely less personal in the new office being so busy and other people/nurses doing some procedures other than Dr. Kiltz himself but they were always professional and cordial. Infertility is a very personal, "hormonal", stressful time in your life I understand that but I would never put down the dr. that actually came and tried to "help" me find out what "my" problem was. I can't imagine working in this field with so many women in this stressful situation in their lives... I wouldn't wish infertility issues on anyone. We went this route for 16 yrs with several drs. My best advise is to get the workup, do exactly what he says and don't wait too long to adopt. I thought I would never get over it. I prayed and guess what? I would never "want" to have a baby the natural way as my first choice. That need in me disappeared. Got the baby the first day, toured China eating great food for two weeks with the baby in my arms and came home. Done deal! I totally understand the stress everyone is having and it is hard because only your spouse really understands... Mother's Day, family does not understand nor care, sadness of losing a child.... Dr. Kiltz brought egg donation to our area... He knows what he is doing. I would highly recommend him on professional opinion and he will not waste your time getting the tests you need done NOW. And a treatment plan in place. I don't know how he does so much for so many. Definitely not just about money $$. No way...

CNY Fertility Clinic does its absolute best at making what is already a stressful and trying process as bad as it can possibly be. The nursing staff (I will say that the front desk staff is wonderful) is often hurried, rarely having looked at your chart before seeing you. More disturbingly, you rarely see the same nurse twice and there is no consistency in treatment. As a patient, I have been told completely contradictory things numerous times about diagnosis, treatment options, current treatment plans and future treatment plans. I have often had to check back multiple times to clarify completely contradictory instructions or instructions that blatantly ignore discussions with doctors. If you have to call the nurses for any reason, expect to be kept on hold for long periods of time and then be treated like you have committed some type of crime for asking a question (often a question resulting from differing instructions) or for asking for test results (often after being told… that you would hear back on those results well prior to calling to check). You will notice that the above criticisms are targeted mostly at the nursing staff. That is because it is nearly impossible to have a discussion with one of the doctors in the practice. The doctors will breeze in for a two minute discussion prior to putting you under anesthesia (which is a great time for medical consultation). Multiple times I have asked to make an appointment with one of the doctors to discuss treatment plans. Even in the middle of a treatment cycle (where timing is short and medical decisions often need to be made quickly), when I ask to speak to a doctor, I am told to make a separate appointment. When that is attempted, I am told that no appointments are available for weeks. Even after pressing further and being given a phone number for one of the doctors, I did not receive a return call for days. From what I have seen, the practice is dreadfully disorganized and is most concerned with collecting payment and not at all concerned with treating its patients. If you can avoid this practice all together, I would highly recommend it.
