Disappointed is an understatement. Not by lack of results from procedure but from the incredible amount of dismissal and attitude shown by staff. This place needs a customer service makeover. Not to mention having me undress in front of a glass door and was told “don’t worry no one is here.” The place is always a ghost town and has zero Corona policy (no masks required). The licensed doctor will not acknowledge you (even though you are standing in his office) which always felt odd. I would also make sure you call and confirm appointments a few days ahead as comments are made that your appointment was a day before and they can’t remember if they called you. Also make sure to ask for a before photo before any procedure as she won’t remember to take it. Be prepared to pay for your procedure and after that point receive below par customer service with negative attitudes and few to any smiles. I was so put off by how I was treated and my checkup appointment that I called and cancelled my… next one. They simply said “ok.” Synopsis: Pay a bit more and go somewhere that cares.

I drove from Michigan to Ohio to see Dr Rob. Well worth the drive. Dr Rob really knows his stuff and is a wealth of knowledge and very easy to talk to. Thanks Dr Rob! Glad to be with you.

I just wanted to say I appreciate the time you all took with me on Monday and the time Dr Rob spent getting to know me and answering any question I had. You all made me feel like I was the only person you had to see that day with no rush; that says a lot about you guys and I look forward to working with you in the future!

7 months to the day after my traumatic brain injury, I’ve finally transitioned back into my English saddle! Fear is an invisible beast that grows bigger every day so, it was time. My legs shook at the mounting block trying hard to quiet my mind and shut out bad memories but, ever determined I threw my leg over and slid my hesitant boot back into the stirrup iron and then slowly began to walk and then trot and then CANTER. I could literally feel that shift inside my heart when it made that courageous leap from fear to BLISS! I could once again feel my horse fly beneath me >happy tears!! My friends often ask “why would I ever ride again after a severe injury?” My answer is simple. It’s something I MUST do to heal myself and so with each tiny step I’m able to put my pieces back together. It’s been a spiritual journey for me in many ways. I've begun turning my accident into a blessing, a chance to know who I am at the core and evolve... I am grateful. I’ve still got a ways to go but, I’ve… learned if you push through your fear hard enough you’ll arrive on the other side of strength and determination. A HUGE thank you to ReNue Health. Dr Rob Kominiarek specializes in treating TBI traumatic Brain Injuries. Without his help my brain had no way to heal itself. He and his team have set me on a path to wellness and literally brought me back to life! Thank you Dr Rob, I’ll forever be grateful for your loving care.

First doctor I met that understood and knew how to treat my traumatic brain injury.

I'm a combat veteran that served in Iraq and Afghanistan and suffered from multiple TBI from explosions from RPG's and IED's while in country. When I returned home I started having a serious problem with daily fatigue and brain fog and would feel suddenly very anxious for no reason like I was coming out of my skin. Things continued to get worse and I was not wanting to go anywhere or be around anybody. I started drinking a lot to try and make all the pain go away which just made thing worse. The VA wasn't much help and they just wanted to put me on pain killers and psych meds none of which worked and just made me more angry. I heard about Dr. Rob treating other vets and that they were feeling like themselves again. This is the first doc that actually listened to me and what I was going thru and he said not to worry that he could get me to feel better again. I didn't believe him at first but he was right! In 3 short months I feel like me again and don't wake up filled with rage… and hate and my fatigue brain fog and anxiety is gone! He has me taking just a couple hormones and a high dose multivitamin and I feel great.

Dr. Rob is very professional with his business! He has high quality staff that get things right the first time. I'm very grateful to be a patient of his and I hope to be one for a long time.
