Dr. Robert Edward Koorse, MD

I have never visited nor spoken to Dr. Koorse, however, a Facebook user going by the name "Bob" Koorse has been harassing me, denigrating my friends and me as stupid, challenging me to provide a definition of the word "virus" and telling me to bring a gun if I ever came to meet him because he's just that tough. I have never met either Bob Koorse or Dr. Robert Edward Koorse, but the fellow on Facebook seems unhinged. I hope it's not the good doctor, but the FB profile picture is very similar and the name does not seem at all to be common. "Bob" claims to be highly intelligent, as well, which is probably true, as he seems cocksure that he alone knows the technical definition of the word "virus" and claims to know a lot about RNA and diseases. Reading the negative comments on this website, the descriptions of the doctor seem to match up with the personality of the person harassing me and writing provocative, unsolicited comments such as "Ready for me? I think I can handle all three of… you, though in a battle of the wits, I think not a one of you is armed" and "lesson: don't make asinine posts. Call me a troll or a FB vigilante. I go after creeps." I have reported him to FB and will maintain documentation of the bizarre, threatening comments. I will update this site as appropriate, one way or another. I am posting this for the safety of any future victims of the Bob Koorse on Facebook.

Dr. Koorse was not even in private practice when most of these reviews were supposedly written. I think he should sue the website for libel.

Dr. Koorse is a narcissistic loud mouth who should be avoided by all means.

Awful bedside manner. And he makes people wait half to full hour and talks for what seems like forever about nothing relevant to your medical. He has this superior attitude like he can do no wrong. Mr. Know-it-all... Relied on a student to work for no pay for several months. She was really nice, pretty smart, efficient and professional. Not her fault, he didn't pay attention.

I visited two different internists prior to my visit with Dr. Koorse. He was recommended by my colleague at work after I told her how disappointed I was with the other doctors, who did everything in a hurry and didn't even ask if I had any questions afterwards. If you're seeking a doctor who is thorough and truly wants you to understand your health and stay healthy, I say go see Dr. Koorse. Thanks again doc!

He was not only rude and not caring, but said things such as " you won't do that because you are wasting the states money" he said very hurtful things and I'm very disappointed

Although he seems very experienced, he is lacking in his bed-side manner. He should re-consider how he talks to his patients.

This doctor is simply phenomenal and extremely thorough. He spends whatever time is medically necessary with each individual patient. He's my primary care physician, yet he doesn't hesitate to to preform any extra needed tests during your office visit; including,neurological ,ophthalmology,pulmonary,etc. This doctor always goes above and beyond what you'd normally expect during an office visit. He'll assist you in acquiring absolutely any help you'd medically need, even if it's a recommendation or a referral to a specialist. He's always available for his patients, very personable, very professional and definitely always available when you need to arrange a routine appointment or an emergency appointment and/or consult with him on the phone. If you ever schedule an appointment with him,I can guarantee you'd never search anywhere else for a doctor. He's really a true blessing in our medical community. If there's such a thing as a perfect doctor then it's without a doubt: Dr. Robert… Koorse.

Dr Koorse is one of the most caring doctors I have ever encountered. He is very thorough in all his examinations and takes the time to go over and explain things so that the average joe can understand them. He always returns phone calls in a timely manner, and has no problem referring me to other professionals when needed, even going so far as to book appointments for me himself. I would recommend him to any and everyone for he is extemely knowledgable and current on all aspects of his field.
