Dr. Robert Kosmides

Believe the reviews! Never experienced this lack of follow through with a doctor. Weeks before responding for lab results. Months before follow up visits. Wake up Cleveland Clinic!

I am very disappointed in the care we are receiving from Dr. Kosmedes. I understand that my husband has a difficult case in regards to his neuropathy. The medications that he has tried thus far have not worked. I know it must be frustrating to the doctor but even more so to the patient who has been experiencing this pain for so long. And when the doctor won’t return calls or answer messages from the my chart app within a timely manner, it’s aggravating.

If you need tests DO NOT go there! Lilterally, I spent hours on hold waiting for him to release results to my chart. It took weeks to get results. He gave me MS diagnosis before MRI and it was not MS. Really I never write reviews but each event was so poorly handled I had to this time. They even messed up on ordering scans. Instead of a two week process, it has been 3 months!!

Does not call patient, no reply to messages left, does not Follow through.

I was very pleased with his knowledge and willingness to listen and answer any questions I had.

Not at all impressed. Traveled over 1000 miles and came home knowing no more than when I arrived
