I have no words to describe Dr. Kotler's craftsmanship, but his heart as well. I had my procedure in 2009. I went to several doctors, and Dr. Kotler stood up by far as the best choice, he was also the only dr who offered before and after pictures. This was my second and complex nose surgery including medical reasons with deviated septum and repair to a broken nose. 11 years later The job is still fantastic. Last year I had a major sinus issue and rare throat infection. I went to 3 ENTs, but only Dr. Kotler did a proper swab, discovered bacteria, prescribed the right med, and after several months of suffering, I finally was able to defeat the bacteria. He also referred me to a great regular ENT who handles my case going forward. Dr. Kotler didn't just change my life, he saved it. He is the best and warmest-hearted most caring doctor I have ever met.

Very Knowledgeable and Interesting

I had my nose done almost a year ago and the result looked horrible. One side of my nose looked much different than the other side and I still have a small bump on my nose bridge. I never thought I will ever look like this I used to like taking picture of my self now I just hate my face !!!!

Came for revision consult. Purchased book as instructed for consult discount. Arrogant. Dismissive. That wasn't important because looking for a specialist, not a friend. Photos taken. Said would share with colleagues & get back to me after group presentation. No call. Assuming my photos are featured as bad outcome. Encouraged me to return to original doctor. I think he felt it was going to be too complicated to fix, which is fine. Not upset he felt he couldn't do it. Found a specialist that was a good fit. I think Dr. Kotler is more concerned about book review/ sales & his reputation rather than patient communication/ care. Office staff pleasant. Well oiled machine. I did purchase the book, but didn't write a review.

I have had my nose done two times and didn't want to get a third. I was getting Juvederm injected into the areas I didn't like but had to keep going back because it was only a temporary fix. Dr. Kotler's non-surgical rhinoplasty with a permanent filler was a dream come true. He's been using the filler for 37 years so I was confident he would give me the look I wanted. Three sessions later I am thrilled with the results. I am so happy I found him. I never have to worry about getting injections in my nose again. After having a few substandard rhinoplasty surgeries I was at a crossroad. Was I comfortable with the success rate in order to go through with yet another surgery? After speaking with several surgeons I decided to have permanent silicone filler injections with Dr. Kotler in Beverly Hills. If you are looking into Silikon 1000 Iâ??m sure you will find the debate on using this filler. Therefore, I didnâ??t take my decision lightly and I asked as many questions as I needed to in order to feel comfortable. Dr. Kotler informed me that he has been preforming this type of injection since 1977 and that he must have done well over 1000. I asked Dr. Kotler if he ever had a patient who had this procedure done who wasnâ??t happy with the results or a patient who encountered any kind of reaction or problem from this procedure. He said he never had and itâ??s amazing but the truth. I think this is how I made my decision. This permanent silicone filler has an unbelievably high success rate. … That compared to rhinoplasty in which Iâ??ve havenâ??t read any statistics but Iâ??ve already had 2 revisions. I first did what Dr. Kotler calls a â??test driveâ??, a saline demo to see how my nose would look if I decided to get the injections. After the demo I booked my appointment to start the injections. Before the injections Dr. Kotlerâ??s staff numbs the injection site in order to reduce any pain from the needle. The numbing cream works wonders. You can still feel slight pain from the needle but I could care less about a few seconds of pain. The benefit of having my nose fixed is FAR greater than any uncomfortable pinches from the needle. After itâ??s over there is no pain, no busing, no swelling, nothing!! You can go about your day as usual. Iâ??ve had 4 sessions and the results are truly AMAZING! To say my nostrils were very uneven is an understatement. They were so uneven that it looked like I had a big chunk taken from one side of my nostril. My nose would run and mucus would literally get stuck in the open crevasse on the side of my nose where the nostril was un-naturally high. (This has stopped happening by the way) Before this procedure, I could understand how you could use the filler to correct a bump on the profile but I couldnâ??t comprehend how well this would work on my nostril; that was until I saw what this filler could do with my own eyes. I started seeing a difference after the 2nd treatment and it just kept getting better and better. My nostrils are now very even and as a result it makes the rest of my imperfect nose appear a bit more natural. I also had a slight bump on my profile and that is totally gone! My profile is now as straight as can be. In addition, Dr. Kotler filled in other areas as we both saw fit in order to correct some of the asymmetry on the tip of my nose. This is the nice thing about the silicone procedure. You are awake and you have several sessions all in small doses so you know exactly whatâ??s happening and what to expect. You canâ??t make a mistake. If you are considering rhinoplasty or revision rhinoplasty I would highly recommend going to see Dr. Kotler to find out if you are a good candidate for this procedure first. Dr. Kotler has years of experience behind him. He is patient, kind and will make you feel 100% comfortable during every injection treatment! Most importantly, the results are truly unbelievable. You will wish you only discovered this procedure sooner.

My experience as a patient with Dr. Kotler was amazing. He is very straightforward on what exactly needs to be done. If your looking for the top Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon he is the man to see because he will get the job done. My nose looks fantastic and I can breathe. I suggest for all of you to read Dr. Kotler's book " Secrets of Beverly Hlls Cosmetic Surgeon" because it outlines all of the procedures and answers a lot of questions you may have.
