Doctor Kovell cared for our son. He suffered severe trauma injuries that severed his urethra. The doctor performed reconstructive surgery and now is doing very well. Great team and compassionate care from everyone through a hard time. We recommend him highly.

My husband saw Dr. Kovell for a problem he had for many years. He was professional and caring and took a lot of time to walk us through all the options. We decided on surgery and so far everything has gone really well. Would recommend him to anyone.

I underwent a complicated procedure with Dr. Kovell to fix my urethral stricture. From the beginning, I knew that I was in excellent hands. He walked me through every step of the process before I made a final decision. I ultimately decided to undergo a urethroplasty to address my issue. The surgery was successful - I can pee normally for the first time in years. Excellent surgeon. Full confidence in him and his team.

I seen Dr.Kovell a few times he is very young and my opinion he needs more experience.His crew is very disorganized communication does not happen between them. The hospital he works for is a business meaning you listen to them if that is not your style I suggest you research other options. other then that he seems concerned and dedicated to to his employer and staff more then his patients. his schedule always seems to be open and he is willing to do surgery days after meeting you. surgery is fair but he does not stay or visit patient afterwards.
