Dr. Kramer is a thoughtful person and doctor, and believes in spending time to clearly and completely explain, discuss and counsel people on their treatment and care before, during and after surgery. As such, he is careful to adopt revisions to tried and tested surgical procedures upon thoughtful consideration of risks and rewards.
