The staff and treat their clients poorly. They made my children very uncomfortable by talking about them negatively while they sat in the chair getting their braces and brackets taken care. They are judgmental and treat their clients with complete disrespect!

My daughter unfortunately goes here. The hygienist and secretaries talk badly about the patients and their parents. Very judgmental! Dr. Krauss let's them be inappropriate in front of the clients! They are open 4 days a week, do your job, appreciate the clients you do have!

I agree with the comment above. When you come in because you have problems with the braces, the staff treats you horribly! They stick the glue for the braces in mouth and don't wash off the stuff extra glue that has slipped to your gums and tongue. It feels as if they are doing it on purpose because you lost a bracket. The whole staff treats you as you are beneath them. Don't go here!

When you have problems with your braces or have issues with your braces the staff treats you horribly. They talked bad about me with other staff and made my me feel very uncomfortable in the chair. My father felt uncomfortable and worried in the waiting room. They make you feel like you are below their standards.
