Dr. Robert L Krippendorf, MD

DR that's gone downhill. He doesn't think of you all the time. Doesn't seem to like prescriptions for pain or help alot with pain management. Seems to over look things too. Overall, he is retiring early probably because he can't stand his patients or job.

I am appalled by an appointment that my 87-year-old mother had yesterday with Dr. Krippendorf. I accompanied her to that appointment. My mother was being seen for an ongoing medical condition that he has been treating. The moment he walked in the door he was extremely rude, arrogant, and aggressive. He started the appointment shouting, “I cannot stop your pain” while he snapped his fingers. He was extremely animated, agitated and accused her of not communicating with him regarding her medication. At this point my mother had not even said a word. I decided to stepped in because my mother was almost in tears. I told him that he was mistaken and that everything has been communicated to him correctly including through My Chart. I urged him to check MyChart. Begrudgingly, he did and when he found the messages, he said he was wrong and I was right. Even though this was the case, his aggressive and rude behavior continued. He even accused my mother of stock piling her pills, when in… reality the pharmacy shorted her medication on the last refill. He had no compassion for her. He spoke to her with such disrespect, was a bully and was totally unprofessional. My mother will not be going back to him under any circumstances. I recommend anyone who is considering seeing this doctor to beware, you may be in for a rude awakening.

This dr does not care what so ever about your care as he knows everything. Arrogant deluded hypocrite Writes prescriptions for what he thinks is wrong with you with out any tests like blood or xray

Dr. Krippendorf is the best primary care doctor I have seen. He is extremely thorough. He never says something is “just a cough”, he looks for the root cause of the issue and takes time for his patients, doesn’t rush you out. He is also incredibly knowledgeable and listens closely when you share concerns. He is kind, friendly and easy to talk to.

This doctor is great with communication. He easily answers messages and emails.

Dr Krippendorf is very knowledgeable, cares for his patients well being and always goes the extra mile to make sure his patients are given the best care. I have had numerous surgeries and every referral was with a top notch physician. He is a caring, knowledgeable, and a reassuring physician. He is a physician that goes the extra mile for his patients’ well being.

I saw Dr. Krippendorf as he was the on-call doctor for the day and I was not able to be seen by my regular doctor. He insinuated that I was making up the pain I was having. He was completely unprofessional.

I had an urgent care emergency visit need and was connected with him for prescriptions and referrals needed as he was attached to the facility. Made a mis-diagnosis on a non-related condition and jumped to a conclusion on another which has now been dis-proven by another doctor. Actually yelled at me on the phone for going on-line to read about his diagnosis when I should only have been listening to him. Don't challenge this man! He's right despite what you might know about yourself. I can't believe Pro-Health lets him represent their company in front line patient experiences. Look elsewhere, you can do better. I did.

The words to describe my interactions with Dr. Krippendorf are 1. Arrogant 2. Unempathetic 3. Quick to judge and make assumptions 4. Condescending 5. Expressionless 6. The worst doctor I have had in 52 years

I saw him once and he spent more time looking at the computer letting me know the statistics on my medication rather than speaking to me. I told him my life story and then had to tell him again so he could complete his EHR document. Not the doctor for me.
