Dr. Robert Laciak, MD

I've seen Dr. Laciak for procedures and follow up visits over the last two years. He has an outstanding bedside manner - very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and with a sense of humor. Better than a lot of "dry" doctor visits. He explains what he is doing and why. His staff is extremely pleasant as well. I highly recommend his services.

Dr. Laciak is an excellent doctor and his staff is marvelous! For several years, I had an enlarged prostate that resulted in a lot of big bladder stones. Dr. Laciak removed the stones surgically from my bladder, and although he had to make a 4 inch incision to remove them, he did such a great job and made such a straight cut, that I have trouble finding the scar. He then treated my enlarged prostate using the Rezum procedure and the results were great: I no longer have to get up 10 times a night to pee, and I no longer have the horrible burning pain and bleeding that I lived with for so long prior to his treatment. As an aside, I should point out that I did have to wear a catheter for almost 3 months in order to let everything heal -- no picnic! Also, make sure your insurance company approves the Rezum procedure in writing prior to getting that work done. In summary, Dr. Laciak is awesome at what he does! I highly recommend him.

I specifically requested to be referred to Dr. Laciak as he is the most experienced in a procedure I was interested in that is much less invasive with minimal side effects. The procedure is Urolift. Dr Laciak was excellent at explaining the process of the exam to determine what path to take to help resolve my urinary issues. I was a candidate for the Urolift which Dr. Laciak performed. I have been extremely pleased with the results. It has improved my quality of life in a huge way. I highly recommend Dr. Laciak. He is professional, does an outstanding job explaining issues and options and listens very well. He always took the time to explain what he was doing during exams and why. I also highly recommend to get checked early if you are experiencing urinary issues. I regret not going in sooner, so my advice is don’t wait!

I was initially sent to see Dr. Laciak for an ED issue. During the initial appointment, He asked what any Urologist would ask. In the process, he touched on other potential issues. And my Prostate was one. I admitted to having some difficulty.. (At my age, I no longer try to diminish potential medical issues.) After some consultation it was, in my 'opinion' my best option to have the 'Turp Surgery'. Because of that choice, a biopsy was also performed. The result. Prostate cancer. At the most early of stages. I'm more than thankful that he took the time to help me consider the options. And ultimately help me find and begin the watch process early!

Dr. Laciak took the time to answer my questions and made me feel like a priority. He was very informed on my medical history and previous conditions and scheduled prompt follow-up. His staff is ALWAY very kind and friendly. I recommend this office for any urology needs.

We took this doctor to task when he wanted us to wait 2 months before a biopsy of a prostate as large as My husband’s. He is catheter dependent until after surgery. This doctor evidently carries a grudge. I am the wife and he wouldn’t acknowledge that I existed other than to tell me to leave the room just now. His nurses assumed I was staying. So he got a dig in!
