Dr. Robert A. LaFont, OD

Dr. LaFont is a native of Orange County. He graduated from Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton in 1977. He is a second-generation optometrist, following in his father, Marcel LaFont’s footsteps. He has been happily married to Cameron for 44 years and blessed with 4 wonderful children, 3 who are now adults and his youngest daughter is 18 years. He has been practicing general optometry in his private family practice for 41 years. He is excellent at fitting difficult contact lenses and disease detection. He continues to keep current with many of the latest technologies in Optometry and healthcare in general. He loves his profession and enjoys interacting with all the people he’s privileged to meet and serve. He works out regularly, is an avid cyclist and enjoys woodworking, traveling and tending his orchard in his spare time.
