Dr. Robert Bernard Laibstain, MD

Recently had an appointment with Dr. Laibstain. He has been taking care of me for approximately 25 years and does a great job as far as listen to the patient and coming up with a solution to any problems I have had over the years. Always concerned about the patient well being. A very good doctor that I have a lot of confidence in as far as guiding me through a healthy life.

The woman at the front desk is rude. I waited an hour after my scheduled appointment to see the doctor. The medical assistant brought me into a room that bed hadn't been cleaned yet from the previous patient. After talking to the doctor, I was promised a call back with test results the next day. I received no call the next day. I finally called before they closed and the rude lady at the desk told me I needed to give them a couple days. Well it's been 3 days and still no call back. In the meantime, I've been in pain for days with no sense of urgency from this doctor to get me feeling better. I will never come here again
