Dr. Robert Preston Lamberton, MD

I was seeing dr Lamberton for my hashimoto thyroid disease, in 2009. I became quite ill & symptomatic. I called the office and was told dr lamberton was fine with my current dosing and levels. I ultimately lost my job because I was unable to function at a high intellectual level. I was placed on 112 mcg from 150mcg. By the time I managed to find a new job and obtain insurance my tsh was well over 7. The facility asked me why I wasn’t compliant with my synthroid. I was taking the 112 mcg that he had ‘allowed’ me.

Wonderful doctor, very good bedside manner. Highly recommend him. Office can be busy. But he listens well, very professional, and friendly.

I have been seeing Dr. Lamberton for the last 20 years. I live in RI, and followed him to Conn. because of his knowledge and patient. I give him an A Plus

I had tried to get in to see an endocrinologist for two Months. When I finally got there. Dr Lamberton was caring and expeditious in handling my problem.

Not very current, not very caring.

Rude, condescending and really too busy to follow up.

Not always up to date, not always nice. See someone else for your endocrine problems. Temperment is variable, interest in issues other than diabetic not obvious.

Rude, condescending and follows antiquated standards of care for Hypothyroidism. Go anywhere else. Sometimes he's caring and sometimes he's extremely unprofessional.

Sometimes appears caring, but many times has been rude, dismissive and uninformed about certain medical conditions. Will leave you hanging if you have a thyroid problem. Maybe too busy.
